Introduction to SolidWorks suite of sheet metal forming tools. Practice using base flange, edge flange, corner break, closed corners, bend radius, k-factor, hem, and using forming tools such as louver. A custom forming tool was created and added to the Design Library and used to emboss the X on the panel. Through holes up to metal thickness to created on the edge flanges. June 5, 2024
