For years, the United States Government has been spying on Madman and is desperately trying to find the source to Madman's unlimited strength. With help of the best scientists, the Government has been working on the WAMS project (Weaponry of Artificial Mechanized Strength) to create weapons that maybe could step up to Madmans power. Non have yet to reach this goal, but many of these weapons showed to be extremely deadly in combat. The government decided to keep them.

The Mad Missile is one of these projects.
