Ground level is setup for one or two storefront shops.
2nd floor has a large inventory storage area, managers office & utility rooms.
3rd floor is office space featuring a frontside boardroom with floor to ceiling windows.
4th - 7th floors offer ample apartment living space for multiple families.
8th - 12th floors are an executive residence with vaulted ceilings, large windows and balconies. This penthouse suite offers great vantage points of the city, especially from the loft balcony "Perch".
